The figures were unannounced and went live on the DisneyStore.com website on July 20, 2026 at 8am PT
This figure is a new interpretation of the Jedi Temple Guard which as not been made before in the Black Series 6" line
Hasbro included a foldable lightsaber hilt with the figure where both yellow blades can be detached
The hilts cannot be separated from each other
One hilt has a peg which lets you plug it into the left side of the waist for storage
The saber hilts were painted well with a silver base and black highlights
The Jedi Temple Guard's mask is not removable
The soft-plastic shoulder bells will move out of the way when the arms are raised
The chest armor is not removable from the figure
The Jedi Temple Guard was painted nicely with golden highlights on the mask, the shoulder bells and the chest armor
The saber fits well into both hands
The sculpt looks great, the paint application was applied cleanly, and we experienced no balancing issues while taking the pictures
All in all, this is a fantastic version of the Jedi Temple Guard, and a version which has not been released before, it's easy to recommend!
