- This Stormtrooper was released as a Fan Club exclusive in a Stormtrooper Troop Builder set
- The Stormtrooper Troop Builder Set included 4 identical Stormtrooper figures and two different weapons
- The set was mailed out in a white mailer box
- Two figures came with a basic blaster and two Stormtroopers came with a blaster rifle
- All the figures in this set are slight re-tools of the Commtech Stormtrooper figure from the Power Of The Force toy line
- The only difference is that the blast-mark - which was visible on the Commtech Stormtrooper by adding cold water onto the chest - was removed on all the figures in this set
- The figure's helmet is not removable
- The trooper can hold the blaster rifle well in both hands
