MORE INFORMATION

Sometimes Hasbro tries to please collectors very hard. In this case, they tried to please the hardcore fans so much, that they released a character that nobody seemed to ever have heard of. At first, people thought that Bane Malar was seen in Jabba's Palace, but as it turns out, he wasn't. Little is known about this character in general, but there is a nice write-up about him on www.starwars.com. The figure itself is nice, it has a holster where Malar's blaster fits in nicely, and the rifle fits perfectly into his hands. The helmet is not removable, which adds nicely to the mysterious bounty hunter. Overall, it's a nice figure with plenty of movable parts, and it definitely makes for a nice background character in your Jabba diorama, whether Bane was actually in one of those scenes or not.
