MORE INFORMATION

The animated-style Mandalorian Police Officer was released individually carded during the The Clone Wars Collection in 2010. The animated-style Mandalorian Officer was seen in the Mandalore story arch from the second season of the Clone Wars TV show.

The figure was given 10 points of articulation, with ball-joints in the neck, shoulders and elbows. There are swivel joints in the wrists, the waist and both legs. The figure's knees and ankles are not articulated. And even though the figure's leg stance is pretty wide, it still stands a little shaky and you might want to use the included stand for better balance. The helmet is not removable, but the visor can be moved up and down. The riot shield and the police baton fit nicely into either hand. The baton can also be attached and hung from the figure's belt, which looks cool. Hasbro added two holes in the riot shield, where the missile launcher supposedly can be plugged in. However, we were unable to replicate this, because the holes were too small and the weapon would not fit.

The paint application on the Mandalorian Police Officer is nothing out of the ordinary, but it matches the on-screen character well. Overall, the figure looks nice, and even though it's not super articulated, it'll make a great background character in a Mandalore diorama.

PACKAGING TEXT

Mandalorian Officers maintain order on Mandalore. Because this planet of warriors has become a world of peace, the guards are seldom needed for more than minor issues. But the Death Watch group has begun committing acts of violence, so the officers are prepared with riot shields and weapons, in case all peaceful solutions fail.
