- This Elite Series Boba Fett was released at Disney Stores on December 7th, 2015
- The figure sold out quickly, but Disney re-released it again in the same packaging for the Force Awakens Home/Blu-Ray release on April 5th, 2016
- This version of Boba Fett was in circulation for several months before it disappeared from store shelves
- The figure is a repaint and re-work of the previously D23 exclusive Disney Elite Series Boba Fett figure
- The paint application on the helmet and the armor (front and back) is slightly different with more scratches in some places and less in others

- Disney sculpted Boba Fett well, but just like the previously released Elite Series Boba Fett figure, the ankle joints were quite loose and didn't hold the figure up well
