  • Chirrut Îmwe was released in February 2017 single boxed
  • The figure came with a lightbow and a staff
  • The lightbow can be taken apart into four parts while the staff can be taken apart into two parts
  • Chirrut Îmwe is able to hold the lightbow well in his hands, it's even possible to pose the figure with both hands holding the weapon (nice!)
  • The staff, just like the lightbow, is a great fit for Chirrut Îmwe's hands
  • The harness around Chirrut Îmwe's chest can be unplugged in the back, and with enough patience it might be able to pull it off the figure (it doesn't look as if it's meant to come off though)
  • The cape in the back is permanently attached to the harness
  • Th gauntlet on the left forearm looks cool
  • The figure was sculpted well, the head sculpt in particular stands out and captures Donnie Yen's likeness nicely
  • Even though Hasbro painted Chirrut Îmwe well, there is no weathering or dirt on the outfit
  • We experienced no balancing issues while taking pictures of Chirrut
  • This very same figure but with an updated portrait was released in 2021, have a look here: Black Series Chirrut Imwe

Deeply spiritual, Chirrut Imwe believes all living things are connected through the Force. Though he lacks Force abilities, his sightless eyes do not prevent him from being a highly skilled warrior monk.
