MORE INFORMATION

Ysanne Isard was released in an Entertainment Earth exclusive comic 2-pack together with Baron Soontir Fel. The set was originally to be released during The Legacy Collection, but wasn't released until The Legacy Collection had already ended. However, the packaging was still in the red Legacy-style, and even said Legacy Collection on the packaging when online retailer Entertainment Earth sold this set in November/December 2010. The figure is based on Ysanne Isard, who had several appearances in the Star Wars comic book series "X-Wing: Rogue Squadron" and other expanded universe stories.

Ysanne has 14 joints, including ball-joints in the neck, shoulders, elbows, knees and ankles. Both wrists, the waist and both legs were given swivel joints. Despite the skinny sculpt, the figure stands remarkably well on its own. The only weapon included with Ysanne Isard was an imperial blaster, which the figure can hold well in both hands.

The paint application on Ysanne Isard is done well, with both of her eye colors being different (blue and red). The hair color is done well and shows the white / gray hair in the front. The red color on the Imperial uniform looks good and doesn't come across as too bright. Unlike on Baron Soontir Fel, Hasbro paid attention and kept the paint on the boots and feet glossy, so it looks as if both parts belong together. The sculpt with 14 joints looks good and matches the character from the comic book series very well. Overall, this exclusive Entertainment Earth figure turned out quite well and is well worth adding to the collection if you are a fan of Ysanne Isard, or need more variety in your Imperial army.
