MORE INFORMATION

Astromech droid R2-T7 was available in a Toys'R'Us exclusive 4-pack titled "Battle Over Endor", and was released in January 2011 in the Shadow Of The Dark Side Collection. The set included astromech droid R2-T7, Tie-Fighter pilot Major Mianda, X-Wing pilot Grizz Frix and B-Wing pilot Palso Thern. R2-T7 can not be identified clearly in The Return Of The Jedi, but it was supposed to be Grizz Frix's droid, which flew with him during the battle of Endor.

The droid has the typical 5 movable parts, with a rotating dome, two swivel legs and two swivel ankles. The middle leg is removable, so that the droid can be displayed either in a three-legged position, or in a two-legged, standing position. The two outer legs have also rolls in them. The dome rotates, making the all-familiar clicking sound, and moving the sensorscope in and out of the dome. None of R2-T7's panels can be opened, and there are no other hidden gadgets on the droid.

The paint application on R2-T7 is decently applied without any battle markings or dirt on him. If you own any astromech droids, you know exactly what you are getting with this figure. It's a well done sculpt, looks great overall and is a never-before-done droid. So, if you like astromech droids, you'll very likely will like this figure as well!
