MORE INFORMATION

Clone Trooper Hevy was released individually carded during the Clone Wars Collection in late January 2011. Hevy could be seen wearing the Training Armor in the episode "Clone Cadets" from the third season of the Clone Wars TV.

Hevy has 12 joints, including a ball-jointed neck, ball-jointed elbows and knees. The wrists, the waist and both legs are swivel jointed. The figure stands OK by itself, but once he's got the big rotary cannon in his hands, he'll likely tip over. Hasbro included a basic blaster, a removable training helmet and the Z-6 rotary blaster (including a projectile) with Hevy. The blaster fits well into both hands, and the helmet (which is made out of very, very soft plastic) covers the head nicely. Hevy can hold the rotary blaster, but it'll take a while to get it into both of his hands, and have it look good.

The paint application on Clone Trooper Hevy feels very simple, but seems to match the on-screen character. The green on the armor and the pastel yellow on the back of the pants and forearms works well. Hevy wore a quite dirty and banged-up armor on-screen, and unfortunately Hasbro didn't capture that on the figure, and kept the armor in new and pristine condition. Despite no weathering or dirt on the armor, the sculpt captures the likeness of Hevy from the Clone Wars episode "Clone Cadets" very well, and since it's a never-before-done version of the character, it's a welcome addition to the collection!
