• The Imperial Royal Guard was released in a shared exclusive 4-pack simply titled "Guards" late September 2017
• The set could be purchased at Gamestop, ThinkGeek and Barnes'N'Noble stores and it retailed between $79 and $89
• The four figures included in this set are the Senate Guard, the Emperor's Royal Guard, the Emperor's Shadow Guard and the Elite Praetorian Guard
• The Senate Guard, the Emperor's Royal Guard and the Emperor's Shadow Guard share the same body and details underneath the robes
• This Emperor's Royal Guard is a straight re-release of the basic Emperor's Royal Guard from Hasbro's Star Wars: The Black Series
• If you need to find out what version of the Royal Guard you have, this release or the single boxed released version, look if your figure has a white date imprint on the bottom of the feet, because this release doesn't have it
• Emperor's Royal Guards were seen in Star Wars: Return Of The Jedi, but they also made a brief appearance in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story
• The Imperial Royal Guard came with a blaster, a removable soft-goods robe and a Force pike
• The small blaster fits OK into the holster which is hidden underneath the robe
• The head can be popped off the body, this way the soft-goods robe can be removed
• The red robe covers the entire body well, but it feels bulky and thin at the same time
• It takes times to make the robe flow good on the figure, but it's possible
• There is no head underneath the helmet
• The blaster is too small for the hands
• The Force Pike is a good fit for the hands and it's possible to have the Imperial Royal Guard displayed "in attention" with the weapon leaned against the shoulder
• The belt is its own piece and it's plugged into the back of the figure, it is possible to remove it by stripping it down the legs (we don't recommend this)
• The accurate red color tone on the outfit, the sculpted details underneath the robe, it all makes for a great looking figure!
• The Imperial Royal Guard stands securely when on display without any balancing issues
