• This 6" Death Star Trooper figure was released individually boxed in March 2018
• We have this figure listed under Death Squad Commander because Hasbro has released this particular character under both names, Death Star Trooper and Death Squad Commander (so for consistency we are sticking with Death Squad Commander)
• This figure is a re-work of the Black Series 40th Anniversary Death Squad Commander
• This time around Hasbro used their brand new Photo Real technology and printed the face onto the head, have a look at the comparison pictures here

• The figure came with a blaster and a removable helmet
• The helmet is a good fit so that the chin strap can be placed onto the chin (nice!)
• The Death Squad Commander is able to hold the blaster very well in the right hand, the index finger can even be placed onto the trigger
• The blaster fits well into the holster
• There are no removable pieces on the outfit
• The head sculpt looks nice and the entire figure was painted well
• Our review figure had no balancing issues

Death Star Troopers were the elite of the Imperial Navy who were stationed aboard the first and second Death Star. They were responsible for piloting the super-structure to its destinations firing the superlaser on the orders of those in command of the station. They wore black uniforms and flared, reflective helmets.
