Protocol Droid and Bounty Hunter 4-LOM was available in 2010 in a 3-pack titled "Imperial Set" together with a Tie Fighter Pilot and an AT-AT Driver figure
The 3-pack was sold together with two other 3-packs in one big nine figure set - exclusively at Target stores
The figure is a slight repaint of the 4-LOM figure which was available at around the same time in the Vintage Collection singled carded (VC10)
The paint differences are mainly found on the back of the figure (this version is less "dirty" in general)
The blaster rifle fits quite well into both hands
There are no balancing problems
The paint application on the figure is done well with lots of weathering on the armor
