This is the first time that this version of Luke Skywalker has been made available by Hasbro. The figure is based on the comic book appearance in the Rebellion series. The figure was released in the comic 2-pack assortment in early 2009 and featured 14 points of articulation. Luke's blaster fits perfectly into his holster, which is permanently attached to his right thigh. The lightsaber and the blaster fit nicely into Luke's hands and the figure stands very securely by itself. The back of Luke's belt has a cable attached to it, which can be plugged into the back of his armor. The paint application is nicely done and looks to be as close as possible to the comic book character. Overall, it's another nice Luke Skywalker action figure, which will please fans of the comic book series.
