• Luke Skywalker was released as a mail-away exclusive in the "Early Bird Kit"
• The set contained three other figures - which were Princess Leia - Chewbacca and R2-D2
• The 4-pack could be obtained by purchasing the Early Bird Certificate Package at Walmart - and then mailing away for the figures by filling out a form and including the package UPC and the original register receipt
• The slide-out lightsaber is a nice nod to the vintage version of "Farmboy Luke"
• Luke balances out nicely without help from a stand
