This Princess Leia Organa (Hoth) figure was released single carded in The Vintage Collection in late March, early April 2019
The figure is a repaint of the Princess Leia Organa figure from 2010
For this release Hasbro implemented the photo real face printing technology which makes this Princess Leia figure quite different from the previous release (have a look at both heads side by side)
Here is an image which shows both figures standing next to each other, the 2010 version is left and this 2019 Princess Leia figure is on the right

Hasbro included a blaster and a removable vest with Leia
The blaster fits well into both hands
The vest is easily removable
The paint application was well applied with subtle dirt on the outfit
The figure doesn't have any ankle joints but it keeps the balance well
