MORE INFORMATION

This Super Battle Droid marks the second release (or third if you count paint variations) for such a droid from The Clone Wars TV show. This time around the Battle Droid has a built-in missile-firing cannon on the left arm which can shoot out a plastic projectile. The cannon is not removable from the arm. The sculpt used here is about the same as for the first super battle droid, but this time the left arm is new. Besides the built-in cannon, Hasbro gave the droid a yellow marking on the left upper arm which you won't find on the other previously released versions. The paint application is kept clean on the upper body, but shows some nice rust and wear on the arms and legs. There are two holes in the bottom of the droid's right arm where an extra cannon can be attached. Unfortunately Hasbro didn't include an extra one with this release. The figure has peg holes in the feet, but it stands securely without any additional help. All in all, it's another decent Super Battle Droid, which will add a little bit of variety to your Separatist army.

PACKAGING TEXT

These tireless, fearless droids are used in heavy infantry assaults, unleashing an unrelenting onslaught of firepower until the object of their attack is destroyed. They have integrated weapons, such as a built-in arm cannon, and are sometimes used as field officers in the droid army.
