MORE INFORMATION

  • This Elite Series Die-Cast R5-D4 astromech droid was released single boxed exclusively at Disney Stores in October 2018
  • This figure, like all the other Disney Die Cast Elite Series action figures, is heavy
  • In order to get the middle leg in and out of the droid it can be pushed all the way into the body until it snaps into place, push it in again and it loosens so that it can be pulled out and extended all the way
  • R5-D4's dome can be rotated 360° (it doesn't trigger any functionality)
  • There is no bad motivator damage on the dome
  • The antenna in the dome is not removable
  • There are no panels on the droid which can be opened
  • There are no wheels in the bottom of the feet
  • R5-D4 was sculpted well and the applied dirt on the body looks outstanding
  • R5-D4 stands well on display without any balancing issues and it's a beautiful looking version of the droid all around!

PACKAGING TEXT

In collaboration with Lucasfilm Ltd., Disney Store is proud to introduce a collection of droids within the Star Wars Elite Series. This line of premium die cast action figures features iconic droids from the expanseive world of Star Wars. Each droid was meticulously selected, engineered and crafted with Star Wars fans in mind.

A red astromech droid, R5-D4 thought he'd found a home when the Jawas sold him to Owen Lars, along with the protocol droid C-3PO. But R5's motivator blew as he rolled away from the sandcrawler, forcing the Jawas to take him back in exchange for R2-D2.
