This Anakin Skywalker figure was released in the B'omarr Monastery Assault Battlepack together with a Battle Droid in 2008. This battlepack was very easy to find in stores, and could even be found in late 2009 at various retail stores.
The figure has 14 joints and features a non-removable soft goods skirt. The lightsaber fits very well in both hands of the Jedi and the figure has no issues standing on it's own. The paint application is simple but very well done, e.g. the tiny food capsules on his belt are painted spot on and his scar is a very subtle color and not just a "red stripe".
Anakin fits very well onto the STAP speeder, he can grab both handles tightly, and looks overall quite nice on display. In the Clone Wars movie, when Anakin is riding a STAP, he talks into a commlink located on his left arm. The figure is unfortunately missing this detail. All in all, this action figure is well done and if you are looking for an Anakin Skywalker figure which is based on the Clone Wars TV show, you won't regret getting this one.
Jabba the Hutt's kidnapped son is being held in a B'omarr monastery built on top of a sheer cliff. Anakin begins the difficult ascent up the cliff with battle droids firing down on him, and droid-piloted STAP's racing into combat, laser cannons blasting. Casualties are mounting, so Anakin makes a daring move. He leaps into the air to take command of a STAP and dispatches battle droids with his lightsaber, clearing a path to the summit.
