  • This version of Darth Vader is based on his brief appearance in Revenge Of The Sith
  • The figure came with a red lightsaber - a non-ignited lightsaber hilt and a soft-goods outer robe
  • The robe is easily removable by taking the head off the figure
  • There is no head underneath the helmet
  • Vader is able to hold both lightsabers very well in his hands
  • The non-ignited lightsaber hilt doesn't have a peg on it so that it could be plugged into a hole in a belt
  • The figure is super articulated with all joints being ball-jointed
  • Hasbro managed to hide all of Vader's joints beautifully
  • All joints were fairly stiff and while taking pictures of it - the figure kept its balance nicely even in more dynamic poses
  • The head sits very loosely on top of the neck - and it will likely come off when you re-position the figure
  • This should not keep you from buying this version of Darth Vader - it is a beautifully sculpted and super articulated version which should be part of everbody's Star Wars action figure collection
  • This very same figure was re-released by Hasbro in late 2014: Darth Vader TBS #03

After undergoing life-saving cybernetic reconstruction, Darth Vader stands on the bridge of a Star Destroyer to watch the construction of a powerful new battle station.
