MORE INFORMATION
This Battle Droid with STAP was officially revealed by Hasbro on July 25, 2024
The set was a Hasbro Pulse Con 2024 exclusive and celebrated the 25th anniversary of The Phantom Menace with Episode 1 throwback packaging reminiscent of 1999
Even though the Battle Droid is identical sculpt-wise with previous Battle Droids released, the paint deco on it is unique to this release with dirt all over the figure
The figure came with a backpack, an antenna and a Battle Droid blaster
The blaster fits very well into the Battle Droid's right hand but only loosely into the left
The backpack plugs firmly into the back of the droid, and it has a hole on the side where the included blaster can be attached
Once the backpack has been taken off, the antennas can be plugged into the back
The Battle Droid stands an impressive 6.5" tall
The sculpt and the paint application look nice, there is dirt, scuffs and scratches on the front and the back of the figure
Even the blaster has applied weathering on it
The joints are very well hidden in this Battle Droid
The Battle Droid stands surprisingly well on display despite the thin legs
The STAP vehicle looks great and the pegs on the pedals keep the Battle Droid attached well
The cannon on the STAP can be rotated and the entire vehicle can be moved around the base 360°
The display stand does a fantastic job keeping the vehicle standing up!
