• This Darth Vader figure was released in Fall 2011 in a 4-pack to commemorative the release of the Star Wars SAGA on BluRay
• There were six different sets, one for each movie at the time, and each included a small cardboard movie poster
• The figure is based on Vader’s appearance in *The Empire Strikes Back* and *Return of the Jedi*
• It is a re-release of the Legacy Collection Darth Vader from 2008, updated with a 3-piece helmet instead of a 2-piece version
• The cape is now removable, adding to the play and display options
• Thanks to adjustable knees and ankles, the figure stands well without support
• Accessories include Vader’s red lightsaber, a soft-goods outer cape and his 3-piece helmet
• The lightsaber fits securely in the left hand, but the right hand is sculpted too wide to hold it
• The 3-piece helmet fits together nicely, closing the gap between the collar and face mask, though it sits loosely on the head
• The soft-goods cape is thin, semi-transparent when backlit, and difficult to keep in place
• Paint application is generally solid, though the shoulder bells are not cleanly painted and the facial scars appear oversized
• The grayish/bluish paint on the head may look unusual at first, but is screen-accurate to *Return of the Jedi* lighting
• The figure captures Darth Vader’s likeness well, though it feels fragile overall, with a loose helmet, unstable cape, and poorly fitting saber
