  • This Boba Fett (Droids) figure was released single carded exclusively through the Fan Channel (specialty pop-culture shops) in the middle of July 2026
  • The figure is loosely based on Boba Fett's appearance in the 1985 cartoon Star Wars: Droids - The Adventures of R2-D2 and C-3PO
  • This is the second time Hasbro has repainted a Boba Fett figure based on the Droids cartoon, you can find the first version archived here: Boba Fett Droids

  • For this figure Hasbro re-used the Black Series Boba Fett figure from 2013 but it now features a 2020 date stamp on the bottom of the left foot
  • There were four accessories included, a blaster, a blaster rifle, a jet-pack and a collector coin
  • Boba's helmet is not removable
  • The range-finder on the helmet is static
  • The jetpack plugs nicely into a hole in the back of the figure
  • The rocket in the jetpack is not removable
  • The soft-goods cape, the chest armor, the belt and the pouches are not removable
  • The figure is able to hold the two weapons beautifully in both hands (with patience the index finger can be placed onto the trigger which looks great)
  • The blaster fits well into the holster
  • The Boba Fett figure reviewed here had stiff joints which allowed for it to be displayed in more dynamic battle poses
  • The included collector coin is made out of cheap plastic and feels more in line with something you pull out of a Kinder surprise egg for $1.99 than a $30 collectible figure
  • The presentation of this Kenner-inspired cardback is truly nice, but the outdated 13 year old sculpt (at the time of this figure entry) has over-stayed its welcome and we truly have to scratch our heads why Hasbro thought they needed to release yet again another Boba Fett figure based on the Droids cartoon
