MORE INFORMATION

This Clone Trooper action figure was released in a battlepack together with a Gelagrub creature during The Legacy Collection in November 2009. This Clone Trooper, who served in the Star Crops under Commander Bly, was very briefly seen in Revenge Of The Sith, in the background during the execution of Order 66 on the planet Felucia.

The figure is ultra articulated, with the only swivel joints being the wrists. Even the legs are ball-jointed, this way he's able to fit on top of the Gelagrub creature. The trooper has a decent stance and with a little bit of patience you should be able to get him to stand safely without additional support from a stand. Both blasters are a good fit for his hands, and they also fit nicely into both holsters. The shoulder armor is removable, but he looks a bit better with it than without it. The trouble is though that if you keep the shoulder armor on the figure, the helmet gets pushed up a little bit which results in the clone's chin looking out underneath it. If you remove the shoulder armor, the helmet is a perfect match and covers the entire head. The light brown soft goods skirt is not removable, but looks good and makes this figure different enough from previous Star Corps clones. The belt is also permanently attached to the figure.

The paint application on this Clone Trooper is nicely done and there are some scuffs here and there, mainly on the arms and the front stripe of the armor. Overall, this super articulated clone trooper figure is well done, and it's different enough to stand out in your felucia diorama amongst all the other clone trooper figures. The only negative is that the Clone's chin is showing underneath when the shoulder armor is kept on, but if you are ok with that, chances are you'll like this figure.
