Galen Marek (Starkiller) as a Sith was released in 2008 as part of an Evolution 3-pack in the 30th Anniversary Collection, together with 2 other versions of him. The set was later repacked in 2009's Legacy Collection. Galen Marek is the main character in The Force Unleashed video game, and he is seen wearing many different outfits. The Sith version of his outfit can be seen in the alternate "evil" ending of the game.
Starkiller is super articulated with 14 joints, including ball-joints in the neck, both shoulders, elbows, knees and ankles. Hasbro added swivel joints in the forearms, the waist and legs. The figure has a very secure stance and won't fall over every time you walk by your shelf. As accessories, Hasbro included two lightsabers, one with an ignited red blade and one hilt with no blade. Both lightsabers are a great fit for either of Marek's hands. If you take a close look, you'll notice that the Sith has a hole on the left side of his "belt" where his lightsaber hilt can be plugged in. All the other lightsaber hilts hanging from Starkiller's belt are molded into the figure and are not removable. The helmet and the right shoulder armor are not removable as well.
The paint application on Starkiller is well done with some red on his undershirt, some subtle rusty looking colors in the waist area, black and gray on the boots and a red tattoo on his right upper arm. Maybe his skin looks a little too pale and the helmet should have maybe had a more metallic look, but the overall appearance looks great. The mold is fantastic too, it's very detailed and looks quite menacing. Fans of The Force Unleashed should try to add this version of Galen Marek to the collection, because it's hard to find something that's out of place on this figure.
