• This Elite Series Darth Vader was released at Disney Stores on November 23, 2015
• The figure sold out quickly, but Disney re-released it again in the same packaging for the Force Awakens Blu-Ray release on April 5th, 2016
• This version of Darth Vader was in circulation for several months before it disappeared from store shelves
• Vader is a slight re-work of the previously D23 exclusive Disney Elite Series Darth Vader figure
• For this release Disney added a peg hole in the bottom of the right foot, so that the figure can be placed onto the included display stand
• Darth Vader came with a red lightsaber, which fits tightly into the figure's right hand
• The helmet and the plastic cape are not removable
• Vader was sculpted well, but the helmet appears to be based on the Revenge Of The Sith version, instead of the A New Hope helmet
• The left hand is sculpted in a "force choke" position, which looks cool
• Both wrists have swivel joints which allows for different lightsaber poses
• Our review figure had stiff joints and kept the balance well
