MORE INFORMATION

Teek was released in a Disney exclusive 5-pack during The Legacy Collection in May 2010. However, the packaging was special, and featured the black, modern vintage-style star field and Star Tours logo on it. The other Star Wars figures included in this set were Ewok Kaink, a Star Tours Officer, Chewbacca and Ree-Yees. Teek was never seen in any of the Star Wars movies, but he was featured in the Ewok movie "The Battle For Endor", and he could be seen boarding the Starspeeder 3000 in the short pre-boarding video which was being shown to guests before they entered the Star Tours ride.

The small figure was given 10 points of articulation, with the neck and both shoulders being the only ball-joints. However, there are swivel joints in the wrists, waist, both legs and ankles. The knees and elbows don't have any joints. Teek stands remarkably well on his own and you won't have to worry about him falling over when walking past your display. There were no weapons or accessories included with the figure, and the soft-plastic skirt is not removable.

Teek's paint application is nicely done with subtle weathering on the skirt and light dirt in the facial area, both feet and hands. The red eyes are painted very cleanly, and the overall paint job on the figure leaves a good impression. The sculpt turned out very nicely as well, with a fantastic head sculpt, a correct size and an overall nicely detailed figure. Unfortunately, there weren't any accessories included with Teek, which feels cheap on Hasbro's and Disney's part. All in all, Teek is a cool figure, which should please fans of Disney's old Star Tours ride, and fans of the Ewok movies.
