Jedi Master Shaak Ti was released in a Target exclusive 2-pack in Fall 2010 together with a generic Geonosian Warrior. The set was part of the Geonosis Arena Showdown series, which started in 2009 during The Legacy Collection, and by Fall of 2010 consisted of twelve 2-packs totaling 24 figures. Shaak Ti can be seen very briefly in the arena battle on Geonosis in Attack Of The Clones.
Shaak Ti has a total of 12 joints, including a ball-jointed neck, ball-jointed shoulders, ball-jointed elbows, and ball-jointed knees. The wrists, the waist and both legs have swivel joints. Unfortunately, the ankles are not articulated. Shaak Ti stands a little shaky, and it's probably better to place her on a stand for more stability. The blue lightsaber fits very well into both of the figure's hands. The blade is removable, and it's possible to plug the hilt into the small hole on Shaak Ti's waist, having it hang down. There were no other accessories or weapons included.
The paint application on Shaak Ti is very well done and cleanly applied in the facial area. The patterns on the horns look great too. The figure's sculpt is done well (ankle joints would have been nice though, to be able to adjust the figure's stance more) and does a great job capturing the Jedi's look from Episode II. All in all, this Shaak Ti figure can be considered the best version yet based on the Jedi's appearance in Episode II.
The Jedi Knights rush to Geonosis to rescue Obi-Wan, Anakin and Padme from execution. The Jedi brandish their lightsabers against the Geonosian warriors and the massive army of battle droids, super battle droids and droidekas. All hope seems lost that any Jedi will survive this battle, then Yoda arrives with an army of clone troopers. Although many Jedi are lost that day, others survive this climatic battle that ushers in the Clone Wars.
