- This Darth Vader figure was released together with a Probe Droid on September 1, 2017
- Darth Vader came with a red lightsaber (non-removable red blade) and a plastic cape
- The cape is easily removable and the figure is able to hold the lightsaber in both hands
- Unfortunately the figure is lacking joints in the elbows or the forearms so that the lightsaber could be positioned differently
- Hasbro added a swivel waist to the figure which was a nice surprise (currenty most figures in The Last Jedi toy line have 5 joints)
- Darth Vader was painted nicely and the sculpt captures Darth Vader perfectly
- The figure pictured here had some balancing problems and it kept leaning back
- This version of Darth Vader is FORCE LINK enabled
