MORE INFORMATION

  • This Clone Commander Gree 6" figure was released individually boxed as a Toys'R'Us exclusive in July 2017 during San Diego Comic Con
  • Toys'R'Us didn't have a booth at San Diego Comic Con, so they partnered up with Entertainment Earth where the figure could be purchased
  • On September 1, 2017, Force Friday II, the figure was made available at all regular Toys'R'Us retail stores
  • Two years later during the Fall of 2019 the figure was re-released in Hasbro's Fan Channel and it could be purchased through several online retailers such as Entertainment Earth
  • Commander Gree came with a blaster, a long blaster rifle, a removable antenna and binoculars
  • The antenna can be plugged into a small hole in the back of the figure's backpack (it falls out easily, make sure to not lose it!)
  • Commander Gree can hold both blasters well in his hands
  • Thanks to double-jointed swivel elbows the figure is able to hold the binoculars up to the eyes
  • There is no head underneath the helmet
  • The paint deco on Commander Gree is well done on the armor, but we have to wonder why his boots were only painted in a simple grey when the rest of the armor has scratches, weathering and battle damage on it (weathering on the boots would have been nice)
  • The camouflage colors on the armor look great and the coloring matches the on-screen appearance of Commander Gree
  • Despite the $5 mark-up (Commander Gree cost $24.99), this figure is a nice addition to the Black Series 6" line from Hasbro, where prequel characters 4 years into the line are still very under-represented
  • Clone Commander Gree stands well on display without any balancing issues
