Saesee Tiin’s Jedi Starfighter was released in spring 2007 as part of Hasbro’s Star Wars: The 30th Anniversary Collection. It was a mainline release and gave Star Wars action figure collectors a striking new take on the familiar Jedi Starfighter sculpt. While the basic vehicle design had been used before, this version stood out right away because of its bold orange paint application, which helped make Saesee Tiin’s Jedi Starfighter one of the more visually distinctive vehicle releases in the line.

The Aayla Secura Jedi Starfighter was released in 2008 as a Target exclusive with a retail price of $19.99. Available as a vehicle-only offering with no included figure, this release focused entirely on Aayla Secura’s distinct Delta-7B–style starfighter from the Expanded Universe. As a Republic General during the Clone Wars, Aayla Secura commands troops across multiple battlefronts and pilots her fighter on intelligence-gathering missions and covert operations.
