• Emperor Palpatine has a light-up feature - when a button on the back is pressed - two orange lights light-up in each hand
• When the two force-lightning effects are attached to the hands - it looks like "lightning is shooting out" of Palpatine's hands

• Palpatine doesn't have individually molded legs - they are one big piece of plastic
