  • This C-3PO figure was released on May 31, 2019 exclusively at Disneyland's Star Wars Galaxy's Edge park
  • The figure was part of a multipack titled DROID DEPOT which also included R2-D2, BB-8 and DJ R3X
  • Stories at Disneyland's Galaxy's Edge are set between Star Wars The Last Jedi and Star Wars The Rise Of Skywalker
  • There are a few improvements on this Black Series 6" C-3PO figure than on previous versions, the eyes are entirely new and more movie accurate and the elbows now have articulation (the same arms which we first saw on 4-LOM)
  • There were no accessories included with C-3PO and there are no panels on the droid which can be opened
  • The two side cannons or tools on the outside of C-3PO's knees are movable 360°
  • C-3PO has the correct height when compared with other figures in Hasbro's Black Series 6" toy line
  • Unfortunately Hasbro decided to give C-3PO a dull golden paint application instead of a shiny, vac-metallized one (a detail which Hasbro has done right in the 3 3/4 inch line many times since 1995)
  • The golden paint application on C-3PO reflects the light, but not to the degree to make this figure look the way it should
  • C-3PO was sculpted well and the figure captures the likeness of our favorite Protocol Droid very well, the addition of movie accurate eyes and the addition of elbow joints are a nice upgrade from previously released C-3PO figures in The Black Series 6" line

A fastidious and worry-prone protocol droid, C-3PO longs for more peaceful times, but his continued service to the Resistance keeps him in the front lines of galactic conflict.
