This C-3PO figure is a kit-bashed and re-worked version of previously released C-3PO figures
Hasbro used the abdominal piece from the Force Awakens C-3PO figure and repainted it, they used the arms from the Galaxy's Edge Disney exclusive Black Series C-3PO with movable elbows and hands which can hold accessories, they re-worked the head with a removable plating on the back and added a hot/cold feature which changes C-3PO's eye color from normal to red based on the temperature
C-3PO came with Chewbacca's bowcaster which fits surprisingly well into his hands
Chewbacca's bandolier with satchel is removable
The back panel is easily removable, once removed it shows more of 3PO's wiring
Unfortunately Babu Frik can't sit on 3PO's back to work on it, but it's possible to use glue dots and glue Babu onto the back (glue dots are easily removable and cheap, they cost around $5 for 200 pieces)
The two side cannons or tools on the outside of C-3PO's knees are movable 360°
Place C-3PO into the freezer for one minute and see his eyes change to red (awesome!), they'll change back to normal once the figure warms up again
C-3PO has the correct height when compared with other figures in Hasbro's Black Series 6" toy line
Unfortunately Hasbro decided to give C-3PO a dull golden paint application instead of a shiny, vac-metallized one (a detail which Hasbro has done right in the 3 3/4 inch line many times since 1995)
The golden paint application on C-3PO reflects the light, but not to the degree to make this figure look the way it should
C-3PO was sculpted well and the figure captures the likeness of our favorite Protocol Droid very well, the addition of the color changing eyes and the removable back panel look cool
