MORE INFORMATION

  • This Anakin Skywalker (Padawan) Black Series figure was released in late July 2020 single boxed
  • This was the first time that an Anakin Skywalker figure based on Attack of the Clones was released in The Black Series
  • Anakin Skywalker came with a blue lightsaber where the blade can be removed from the hilt
  • Hasbro unfortunately included Darth Vader's lightsaber with the figure, not the lightsaber hilt which Anakin had in Episode II
  • The saber fits well into both hands
  • There is no hole on the belt where a lightsaber hilt could be plugged in
  • There was no jedi robe included
  • The head sculpt with the photo real face printing tech implemented looks outstanding!
  • The paint application on the figure looks good, but Hasbro forgot to paint Anakin's jedi braids (it's supposed to have blue and red markings, a detail which Hasbro paid attention to in the 3 3/4" line)
  • Promotional pictures of this figure showed a soft-goods skirt underneath the plastic jedi tunic, but it's missing on this version
  • All in all this figure is close to being awesome if Hasbro had placed more care into the details, give Anakin the correct lightsaber, add the soft-goods skirt, paint the jedi braids, include a jedi robe, maybe add Anakin's robotic hand and us collectors have the perfect interpretation of this character in the Black Series line

PACKAGING TEXT
