• This Anakin Skywalker figure was released single carded in The Vintage Collection in October 2020
• The figure is a re-release of the Anakin Skywalker figure from 2012
• This time however Hasbro updated the face with the photo real face printing technology to give Anakin a more life-like appearance
• Here is a comparison picture of the 2012 and the 2020 next to each other, 2012 on the left, 2020 on the right
• In 2012 this Anakin Skywalker figure marked the first realistic-style Clone Wars figure based on the Filoni Clone Wars TV show
• Anakin Skywalker can hold both lightsabers well in his hands
• The chest armor, the shoulder armor and the soft goods skirt are not removable
• Anakin Skywalker stands very well on display without falling over
• The head sculpt and the color tone on the clothes capture the look of the character from the TV show quite well
• Unfortunately there is no place for the lightsaber hilt to be hung from the belt
• The photo real update on the face is an improvement to the 8 year older figure
