This is a nice figure with lots of features. There are two front panels which can be opened, and two mechanical arms can be lifted up. The dome rotates and when doing so, it either extends or reels in the cable which is included in a secret compartment in the back of R2. R2's antenna can be extended, but this needs to be done manually. Hasbro included two booster rockets which can be attached to R2's left and right legs. The middle leg is removable, so you can have R2 stand straight, like seen in some of the scenes. Overall, this is a truly great star wars figure, it looks like R2-D2 in the animated show, and it has tons of features which all work great and don't get in the way of its aesthetics.
The feisty little astromech droid R2-D2 is along for a perilous mission that takes Anakin to the B'omarr monk monastery on the planet Teth to rescue JabbaGÇÖs young son. When Skywalker and his Padawan Ashoka are hemmed in by battle droids and hunted by the vengeful Asajj Ventress, Artoo locates a backdoor landing platform that may help them escape from their enemies.
