MORE INFORMATION

  • This General Grievous figure was released as part of a 3-pack titled Masters Of Evil exclusively through Amazon.com in December 2024
  • The other two figures in this set are archived here on GalacticFigures.com: Admiral Thrawn and Darth Vader
  • This General Grievous figure is a straight re-release of the General Grievous figure from 2022
  • This action figure of General Grievous is based on his appearance in the 2003 - 2005 Tartakovsky Clone Wars 2-D cartoon
  • General Grievous came with a soft-goods cape and four lightsabers (two green and two blue blades)
  • The blades can be detached from the lightsaber hilts
  • All four lightsaber hilts are different
  • General Grievous is about 7" (17.78 cm) tall
  • General Grievous' articulation is impressive, especially the arms with four ball-jointed shoulders, four ball-jointed elbows and two swivel forearms
  • The lightsaber hilts are a bit bulky but it helps General Grievous to get a good grip on all of them
  • General Grievous' two arms can be split into four (this is easy to do, just pull them apart) There are three pegs on each arm which keep them together (one on the shoulder, one on the forearm and one on the hand)
  • The simple paint application on Grievous match the Clone Wars 2-D counterpart well in tone
  • The soft-goods cape is disappointing when you compare it to the premium version which was included with the original Black Series General Grievous figure, it feels very thin
  • It would have been nice to get a Battle Droid blaster included as well, like with the original release
  • We didn't run into any balancing issues with General Grievous but it did take some time to get him balanced just right
  • If you own the original Tartakovsky General Grievous figure, then there is no reason to buy it again, because the figures are identical except for the packaging
