Padmé Amidala

This Padmé Amidala figure was among the first Star Wars: Episode I action figures released on May 3, 1999. It features six swivel joints and includes two blasters, both of which fit securely in the figure’s hands. The rigid plastic skirt is not removable and prevents Padmé from sitting, making her unsuitable for cockpit displays.

The head sculpt turned out well and bears a recognizable likeness to Natalie Portman in The Phantom Menace. The paint application is clean, and the figure stands firmly without any balancing issues. Overall, this is a strong representation of Queen Amidala from the movie. The sculpting was state-of-the-art for its time and still holds up surprisingly well alongside figures released more than 20 years later.
