This R2-D2 (The Astromech) figure was released single packed in November/December 2018 in the Star Wars: Galaxy Of Adventures toy line
Star Wars: Galaxy Of Adventures was a short-lived anime-style cartoon series which was published on the Star Wars Kids YouTube channel
Each episode was roughly about 1 minute long and featured main characters from the Original Trilogy with the voice samples straight from the original movies
Even though the short films were cartoons, the action figures for the series were realistic interpretations of the characters
Most likely Hasbro didn't have a lot of lead time to create new toys and as a result all the figures released for this series were re-releases

For this release Hasbro removed the Force Link voice technology
Artoo's dome can be rotated 360 degrees
The middle leg can be unplugged
The two booster rockets can be plugged into the outside of the legs
The booster flames plug into the bottom of the rockets
All three feet have small wheels in the bottom so that the droid can be rolled around
R2 D2 stands very safely on display without any balancing issues
